AideCRM – Service Specification

This Service Specification sets out details of Pipe Media’s AideCRM system and services.

This Service Specification forms part of the AideCRM Agreement (the “Agreement“). In addition to this Service Specification, the Agreement incorporates the following documents:

• the Terms of Service (https://pipemedia.co.uk/aidecrm/terms-of-service);
• the Acceptable Use Policy (https://pipemedia.co.uk/aidecrm/acceptable-use-policy);
• the Service Level Agreement (“SLA“) (https://pipemedia.co.uk/aidecrm/sla); and
• the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA“) (https://pipemedia.co.uk/aidecrm/dpa).

1. Set Up Services

• Installation of Platform for Subscription Services
• Account details issued to access Subscription Services
• Import of Customer Data, if applicable
• Subscription Services set up complete for Customer

The Customer must provide Customer Data for import in such format or formats as Pipe Media may specify. The Customer acknowledges that the imports of draft and final Customer Data under the Set Up Services include, in each case, a single import of contact data and a single import of organisation data. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, these imports do not include imports of events or monitoring data. Additional work by Pipe Media be subject to additional Charges, as specified in a Quotation or otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

2. Specification of Subscription Services

The Supported Web Browsers are the current versions from time to time of Chrome, Safari and Edge.

The key functionality delivered by the Subscription Services is as follows.

• Ability to add, edit, delete, search, filter and export records, where applicable across a selection of the following Modules:
  • Contacts
  • Projects
  • Organisations
  • Monitoring
  • Events
  • Room Bookings
  • Social Prescribing
  • Surveys
  • Tasks
  • Campaigns
  • Directories
  • Email
  • Files
  • Reports
  • Settings
  • Help
• Only those Modules agreed by the parties will be available to the Customer.
• Additional Modules may be made available by Pipe Media from time to time.
