Our client approached us to build a web application where customers could login to view their recent orders, quotes and invoices. This provides the information needed quickly and easily, resulting in a great customer experience.
Integrating with their internal CRM, we built a custom web application where customers can login to access their recent quotes and orders. It also enables customers to download useful documents, quickly request a new quote and ask a question.
The Customer Portal is responsive, meaning customers can access the portal from their mobile, tablet or desktop, useful for customers who are often busy and need to regularly access the system from a mobile device.
The Portal also includes a news feed from the clients website, helping the client to market new products and keep their customers up-to-date with their latest news.
If a new customer needs to join the Portal, our client can easily manage the customer list to add and remove user accounts.
