Many charities and organisations working in the third-sector face challenges when accurately recording their impact, a vital aspect for securing new funding and evidencing existing funding. As funding and reporting requirements regularly change, the new system needed to be future proof. We also needed to provide methods of communication for people they work with and an ability to manage events and member information.
Working in partnership with our clients, both locally and nationally, we extensively planned web applications to monitor their work; recording information accurately and making it easy to report when required.
We introduced a range of settings from which different aspects of the systems can be customised. The system includes the ability to create custom questionnaires which can be edited at any time and powerful reports, which can be customised as requirements change.
The system features comprehensive contact management tools, including an activity feed with a full history, contact list and the ability to email contacts directly from the database, be this to all bookings of specific attendees.
The web applications we developed enabled our clients to record bookings and subsequently a register of attendance to allow for monitoring of the impact of events.
