We were approached by a merchandising company who were struggling with managing their ordering processes. As the business had grown quickly, their internal system for processing orders had not kept pace with demand, meaning they needed an effective update to manage a growing order list and ensure invoices were raised correctly.
Working closely with the client, we developed a bespoke online system to process orders. The system enables their staff to effortlessly track the status of each order, ensuring effective and timely processing and invoicing. As well as recording orders, the system allows for associated artwork to be uploaded, ensuring all necessary information is easily available.

A detailed Dashboard is displayed when logging into the Order Manager. This provides a quick overview of the current status of orders and recent activity.
Detailed Order Management
Each order includes a comprehensive history of all activity including status updates and emails sent to the customer. Information such as shipping, delivery and invoicing is all clearly displayed.
Easily generate invoices
With the Xero integration from an order, an invoice can be quickly generated and sent directly to the customer. Partial invoices can also be generated when the complete order is not yet ready for invoicing.
